Hosted by the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship's E-Council (Auxiliary Board), the Back2School Back2Business Benefit is the premiere fall event for Chicago's entrepreneurially minded young professionals who are dedicated to improving public education. Back2School Back2Business Benefit guests will enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres while networking with some of NFTE Chicago's most talented young entrepreneurs. The event includes a silent auction and raffle.

NFTE's mission is to provide programs that inspire young people from low-income communities to stay in school, to recognize business opportunities and to plan for success futures. Viewed as a global leader in entrepreneurship education with programs in 18 states and nine countries, NFTE Chicago was founded in 2003 and has partnered with Chicago Public Schools (CPS) to serve over 15,000 students to date. The NFTE program is a stand-alone, full year course taught by NFTE certified and supported Chicago Public School and charter school teachers during the normal school day.

The NFTE Chicago E-Council is a group of talented emerging leaders from Chicago's business and entrepreneurial community. E-Council members lend their talents and expertise to NFTE Chicago's students and teachers as classroom volunteers while raising funds and awareness for NFTE's youth entrepreneurship education program.
